Assumption of Risk.

Participant is aware of risks related to the Event and recognizes and acknowledges that there are risks involved in working at the Event that may involve risks of bodily injury. Participant agrees to assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, and all costs, damages, and losses that Participant may sustain as a result of participating in the Event.

Waiver and Release of Claims for Injury.

Participant hereby agrees to, and waives, releases and relinquishes all claims of every kind, known unknown, present and future, that Participant may have against LVBS OBON FESTIVAL 2025 and its officers, directors, agents, partners, and affiliates, arising out of, connected with, or in any way related to the Event.

Hold Harmless.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant will indemnify and hold harmless LVBS OBON FESTIVAL 2025 and its officers, directors, agents, partners, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, suits, liens, judgements, damages, losses and expenses, including, professional fees and all court costs and liability (including statutory liability) arising in whole or in part and in any manner from injury and/or death or in any person or damage to or loss of any property resulting from the acts, omissions, breach or default of Participant and its officers, directors, agents, partners, and affiliates, in connection with the Participant’s acts, omissions, breach, or default during or otherwise related to the Event. Participant will defend and bear all costs of defending any actions or proceedings brought against LVBS OBON FESTIVAL 2025 and its officers, directors, agents, partners, and affiliates, arising in whole or in part out of any such acts, omissions, breach, or default. The foregoing indemnity shall include injury or death of any Participant of LVBS OBON FESTIVAL 2025 and shall not be limited in any way by an amount or type of damage. Participant is fully aware that as a participant, Participant will not be covered by worker’s compensation or any other liability insurance and LVBS OBON FESTIVAL 2025 is not obligated to provide worker’s compensation insurance or any other liability insurance.

Consent.

I acknowledge that I have read this Agreement in its entirety, fully understand the meaning and significance of all its terms, knowingly and voluntarily agree to accept all of its terms.
